Not every day you have the fortune of being able to taste a 100% Iberian ham of premium acorn together with the culinary stars of the Spanish gastronomic scene. The invitation to attend “Maridando lo (Im) Posible”, the tasting led by Arturo Sánchez, an artisan producer of some of the best Iberian hams, was, consequently, an opportunity to which we were simply unable to resist.
