a Mà, Miramar's workshop
a Mà is the backroom of the restaurant, converted into a bakery which opens a window onto the village. From here we offer bread, sweets and pantry products to customers and residents of Llançà.
It is a space that was born from the desire to recover ‘the art of making by hand’, where we make products with our hands from start to finish, with local, top-quality, seasonal ingredients.

PRODUCTS AND R&D
a Mà offers six types of bread:
- the rustic baguette
- the focaccia
- the seed bread
- the round rye bread
- the wheat bread
- the Pintacoques loaf.
You can also find a selection of sweets and pantry products such as croissants, pain au chocolat, ensaimadas, susos, cakes, seasonal jams, granola, chocolate bars, chocolate and hazelnut cream, peanut cream, misos and garums.
Other products will be added, always adapting to the seasonal ingredients, also from Miramar’s R&D.
